- When the glass blank falls into the main mold, it cannot accurately enter the main mold, and the friction with the mold wall is too large, forming creases. After blowing, the crease expands and expands, forming a crease in the glass bottle body.
- The scissors marks of the upper feeder are too large. After individual bottles are formed, knife marks will appear on the bottle body.
- The initial mold and molding material of the glass bottle are poor, and the density is not enough. After high temperature, the glass bottle oxidizes too fast, and the surface of the mold forms tiny pits, which causes the surface of the molded glass bottle to be dirty.
- Poor quality of glass bottle mold oil will lead to insufficient mold lubrication, low dripping speed, and rapid change of material type.
- The design of the preliminary mold is unreasonable, and the mold cavity size is different. When the droplet enters the forming mold, it will expand and spread unevenly, forming spots on the glass bottle body.
- Uneven dripping speed of the machine and improper adjustment of the air nozzle will cause the initial mold and molding temperature of the glass bottle to be inconsistent, and it is easy to produce cold spots on the glass bottle body, which directly affects the smoothness.
- If the glass frit in the kiln is not clean or the temperature of the glass frit is uneven, bubbles, small particles and hemp blanks will also appear in the glass bottles produced.
- The speed of the row machine is too fast or too slow will cause uneven glass bottle body, different thickness of the bottle wall, and produce mottling.
