The Whole Process of Producing Perfume Atomizer

#1 Raw Materials for Making Perfume Sprayer

We prepare new material of polyethylene or good grade polypropylene for plastic sprayer, Aluminum sheet or Aluminum strip for Aluminum sprayer based on real order. And other material such as spring, ball, gasket, O-ring and dip tube.Material of spring can be 304 and 316. Ball can be glass and metal. Material of gasket and O-ring can be rubber and silicon. Material of dip tube is polypropylene. We confirm all the details based on your real order.

#2 Aluminum Parts Stamping for Aluminum Sprayer

Stamping and forming of aluminum strips or pellets according to the order requirements, cutting to the desired height and rounding the edges of aluminum.

#3 Oxidation for Aluminum Sprayer and Perfume Atomizer Shell

#4 Sprayer Accessory Testing

Each part of the nozzle is tested by automatic equipment to ensure the performance of perfume sprayer, and the assembly of the parts is done by automatic equipment to ensure the quality of each product. If your order is plastic sprayer, this order is almost complete at this step, and the subsequent quality inspection and packaging all that is required.

#5 Assemble Plastic Sprayer with Aluminum Part Together

We use an automatic machine to assemble the aluminum parts and plastic parts together with glue, and then attach the gaskets and straws to the sprayer, and all these steps will be done by the machine.

#6 Produce Inner Glass Vial

The glass tube is cut by high temperature and made into the volume required by the order, and the bottle neck size is produced according to the sprayer or cap size, such as screw sprayer, crimp pump, screw caps, roller ball cap, dropper cap and plastic plug.The bottle will also be sterilized by high temperature during this process.

#7 Inspection and Packaging Glass Vials

We inspect the test tube bottles one by one, we will pick out any bottles that are not within the required diameter and have stains and scratches on the surface. Then the bottles are neatly arranged and packaged in small trays with plastic seals and finally packed into boxes.

#8 Inspection and Packaging Perfume Atomizer

we will assemble sprayer, glass vial and Aluminum outer as a set, and pack each atomzier with polybag, then put them on foam pat and into the cartons. Each perfume atomizer will inspected one by one before pack with polybag to make sure our customer will receive qualified perfume atomizer.
